Effective Date: January 1, 2023

  1. Membership Refunds: a. All membership fees are non-refundable. b. Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as relocation outside a reasonable distance from our facility or a documented medical condition preventing participation.
  2. Training Services Refunds: a. Personal Training, Group Classes, and Specialized Programs: i. Refunds for prepaid training services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ii. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, but unused sessions may be transferable under certain circumstances.
  3. Cancellation and Termination: a. Membership Cancellation: i. Memberships can be canceled with advance notice as specified in the membership agreement. ii. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the gym’s management.b. Training Services Cancellation: i. Training sessions must be canceled within a specified time frame (e.g., 24 hours) to avoid charges. ii. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  4. Refund Requests: a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the gym’s management. b. Refund requests must include supporting documentation and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
  5. Refund Processing: a. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within [number of days] from the date of the approval. b. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  6. Changes to Services: a. Healthy In Life & Living, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time.
